  1. I have 28 artichoke plants this year. I will absolutely try the lemon! I have been steaming them and I feel like the outside cooks so much faster than the interior that way. Very uneven texture.

  3. Unfortunately, here in Brussels, they follow this French tradition with artichoke, meaning you find in supermarket only this huge, over riped, hard artichokes. Impossible to find small young artichokes like in Spain or Italy. Very frustrating.
