Pleins de super conseil dans cette vidéo, mais alors mon dieu STOP le Sel! 10 fois trop salé pour moi….
Superb! This was a delight to watch.
she’s such a brilliant instructor, teaching to see and feel the food, rather than giving an arbitrary time that would surely simplify her explanation. wonderful video.
You are delightful to watch and that dish looks so delectable!
loved the technic to how if its rare, medium or well done the steak! Thanks for the love you put in cooking
Thank you for this great recipe. I made it tonight and it came out great. Wonderful tips on using your hand for doneness , I had seen chef’s do it but they didn’t explain it that well. Same for the sauce thickness guide.

I made it to 12:25 (about 75%) with no dairy (I’m kosher), was so exited. Could it be, I wondered, a great French dish will be dairy-free? Alas, disappointment. But other than that sauce, the steak and “pomme frites” look amazing!!
Her quote about precision not being important…but it is, I'm going to remember that forever. What a great perspective.
i really like her explanations and attention to details
Wow does she have a cooking show? Love the way she breaks down cooking…. It’s so calming
