6-8 garlic cloves
2 ea jalapeños or serrano
1 1/2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp lemongrass
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut
green tops of 1 bunch scallions
most of a bunch of cilantro
1/4 cup basil
1-2 tbsp vinegar
2-3 tbsp olive oil
