Trying Every Restaurant on the NYT 2025 Top 100 List – The Grill
Went to The Grill in Midtown which is from the same team behind Carbone and the food was honestly delicious across the board. definitely one of those places where the bill sneaks up on you though, so I’d recommend going when someone else is paying

Midtown-y definitely better than being a mid-townie. That steak looked fantastic. Interesting honey mustard on the duck. That would be a one and done for me based solely on expense.

Those prices at *lunch*… Wow… Don't know why that's what's hitting me. I guess I'm just more used to that at dinner and serving a slightly smaller, cheaper version at lunch at some restaurants.
