mango habanero bowls (this is in my cookbook)

Stage 1
3lbs chopped chicken breast with ⬇️
10g paprika
10g onion powder
8g chili powder
6g smoked paprika
5g salt
4g black pepper
3g cumin
2g cayenne pepper
3g crushed red pepper
2g ground mustard
2g oregano
1g cinnamon
Mix and let this cook for 5 min then add
8oz chopped onions
8oz chopped peppers
Now let this cook the rest of the way

Stage 2
Weigh 400g uncooked jasmine rice
wash it then add it to a rice cooker with 3 cups of water

Stage 3 high protein makeup
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
300g sliced mangoes, no skin
21g honey
7 jalapeño peppers
1 tablespoon jalapeño pepper sauce
Blend for 10 seconds
Give it a shake
Blend for 10 more seconds

Stage 4 assembly add this to your chicken
Add your rice
Add your sauce
Mix this up

Place into 7 Cookingforgains meal prep containers minor dropping on the 27th
