Big breakfast power bowls, going into the cookbook pans on my page

Stage 1
3lbs 96/4 beef seasoning with
8g paprika
8g garlic
6k onion
6g pepper
4g salt

Stage 2
20 slices of beef bacon (45 calorie kind)
Chop into small pieces let this cook

Stage 3
20 happy eggs
4g all purpose seasoning

Stage 4
4lbs frozen south style potatoes
spread a few passes over these before going into the oven
I ended up putting mine on 400°. I let it cook for 20 minutes and then I put it on 500 and I let it broil for 10 min
You can season these if you want to I just knew I was gonna be using my high protein sauces which I’m gonna list below.

Stage 5
Add all the ingredients into your beef pan mix and distribute as evenly as possible, and 10 meal prep containers.

🔥 Buffalo Ranch Protein Sauce (12 oz)
260 cal 30g protein

Each bottle has 8 servings 43g per serving

Ingredients:
• 280 g nonfat Greek yogurt
• 30 g light ranch dressing
• 35 g buffalo sauce
• 5 g lemon juice
• Garlic powder (3 g)
• Salt (3 g)

🌶️ Chipotle Southwest Protein Sauce (12 oz)
270 cal 28g protein 43g per serving

Ingredients:
• 280 g nonfat Greek yogurt
• 25 g light mayo
• 15 g adobo sauce
• 10 g lime juice
• Smoked paprika (½ tsp / ~1.2 g)
• Garlic powder (½ tsp / ~1.5 g)

🍯 Honey Mustard Protein Sauce (12 oz)
300 cal 28g protein 43g per serving

Ingredients:
• 260 g nonfat Greek yogurt
• 30 g honey
• 25 g yellow mustard
• 15 g light mayo
• Apple cider vinegar (1 tsp / ~5 g)
