Summer is fast approaching and here in Vancouver, there are lots going from. From tech conferences such as @websummit that just wrapped up and @fifa coming to the city, it’s a great time to visit.
Today, I thought we’d try one of Vancouver Best fine dining French Restaurants that was recommended by my good friend Areta from @Foodgressing . Now, I understand the claim of being Vancouver’s Best Fine Dining Restaurant is a tall order so I came prepared. I’ve brought along the folks from KPMG to ensure if this claim is legitimate! My good friend Stephen and Karthic whom I’ve worked with for years will be joining on this food adventure and it’s is nice to not only work together, but to get to eat together as well.
We are going to dive right in with an 8 course tasting menu enabling use to sample bits and bites for what the West Coast has to offer. From a Haida Gwaii Halibut, and a magical trout that transforms into a salmon, to the A5 Wagyu and many dishes in between, this will certainly be a feast to remember. But we’re throwing some curve balls into the mix. Can the restaurant manage a vegetarian pallet? We’ll soon find out.
