  1. What is described as applejack is not applejack at all. That is a very historic spirit, not apple pie moonshine.

  2. I love this show. I love how Southern it is. It always shows that southern hospitality. I used to travel through Kinston for work. Maybe one day I'll make it back and be able to go to the restaurant.

  3. Et' at the restaurant once upon 'a time, Served an enormous Trout that overlapped the dish. The fish was gutted and I suppose that I was to eat this fish like a Neanderthal. I put my hands into my lap and a gentleman asked if there was a problem. I explained that I was not capable of dissection of the fish on the plate. The gentleman informed me that I should have specified whether or not I wanted the giant fish to be filleted. my response was, "What the Fluck"!! No wonder that the restaurant went out of business!
