That looked like way too much salt
Chef, I forgot how to do a squash bird. Can you post a video about the venerable squash bird?
This but use like half the onion
Should have used lamb bro
SO, i get why you did a yogurt garlic sauce instead of traditional toome, (its hard to do), but man it still makes me recoil reflexively. I'm going to make the hell out of these btw.
7 inches is plenty… or so I’ve been told. 😬
I kinda get the vibe that using ground lamb might be more consistent with a gyro, along with Greek or souvlaki seasoning for it and tzatziki.
YYYUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!
That dog’s at LEAST 10” long aww hell you brought out the tape measure 😝
Always a fan of watching your stuff! You make something that seems so hard, much easier to understand.
My local specialty meat market had a fellow working there several years ago who made gyro brats. I miss that guy, but now maybe I can get over it with this recipe!
Chef John… IN the video?
is minute 2:22 a hidden joke? I think it's supper funny
These look absolutely delicious, I’ll most certainly be trying these soooon.
Great to see your boat race at the start too Chef!
The people who gave us this cuisine are being exterminated. 😢
Gyroscope, gyroscopic, gyrate, yet it's called a "year row"??
How is this a gyro? This was the not-so of gyro.
7 inches indeed
Who else stays for the last note on the piano of the out-tro music?
7” is plenty, that’s what she said!
love gyro! and nice face shot!
You’re beautiful
🐒That hot honey actually looks good. The lemon would be great. Decent heat. The one time I had it and din't like it, it was just honey with near no chilli heat and it was just a bunch of honey ruining my chicken. 🐒
That's what she said
That voice can never be AI.
I kinda want to try this but one of my friends is extremely averse to spicy foods, is there anything you would recommend to use instead of the hot honey?
i have watched you for years and had no idea you were such a handsome fella!
7 inches in plenty 🗣️
HOW DOES HE DO IT
I like the face! facecam! lets go!
Dude. No. Just no. All you think I mean. No.
Funny you post this today.
I'm cooking this for lunch today with tzatziki and pickled onion on top, made the Gyro sausage yesterday.
He went absolutely CRAZY on this one!!!
I'm MAKING TS
Sounds delicious. And I got to be pleasantly surprised that the white sauce wasn't some sort of mayonnaise.
He finally put out a recipe on how to make football cleats (according to the thumbnail) lol
Whoa, Chef John out here with the face reveal.
I like to a point – but I would like mine with horseradish sauce and sauerkraut. Yours is a great recipe, though.
I’d put some lettuce leaves in the bun before adding the dog.
Genuinely this should replace hot dogs for new yorkers
Only an American would think is ga
