Method
1. Mix soaked sabudana, mashed sweet potato, grated paneer, peanut powder, samak flour, chillies, coriander, cumin, and salt. 2. Let the mixture rest for 5 to 10 minutes. 3. Grease the waffle maker lightly. 4. Spread the mixture evenly and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy. 5. Serve hot.
Serve with:
* 200 g low-fat Greek yogurt mixed with coriander, mint, green chilli, roasted cumin, and rock salt.
