Glazed Doughnut Hole Pie!!



Learn how to make this gluttonous glazed doughnut hole pie! This is pretty much a coffee cake but without a bunch of work and is actually really good. Give it a try! Serve up a warm slice of this with a nice cup of coffee and I promise, you won’t be disappointed!

What you’ll need:
1 pastry pie crust (homemade or store bought)
24 glazed cake doughnut holes
4 Tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Place pie crust in a 9″ pie plate. Cut doughnut holes in half and place into the pie crust. In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon. Whisk well. Pour over doughnut holes. Bake in a preheated 350*F oven for 30-35 minutes. When done, let cool 15-20 minutes and then glaze.

For the glaze:
1 cup powdered or icing sugar
1 Tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Mix well in a small bowl and pour over semi-cooled pie. Garnish with sprinkles. Serve and enjoy!!
