Jim Beam Chicken Wings (ft. TheWolfePit)

Learn how to make these sweet and tangy Jim Beam wings! Wings and bourbon…does it get any better than that?!? This is a copycat recipe for wings served at a restaurant called Green Mill, based out of Minnesota. These right here are the BEST chicken wings I have ever had! And I’m not a fan of bourbon. 😉 I brought on my friend Larry from TheWolfePit to help me out on this video. If you don’t know Larry, check out his channel here: https://www.youtube.com/thewolfepit

What you’ll need:
18-24 chicken wings
1/4 cup Jim Beam bourbon
2 Tbsp rice or rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup prepared plum sauce
1/3 cup barbecue sauce (see how I make my own here: http://youtu.be/S_G5KOPMDLk )
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Deep fry the chicken wings. Make the sauce in a large skillet by combining the Jim Beam and rice vinegar. Bring to a boil and add in remaining ingredients. Again, bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Add in the fried wings and stir to coat. Cook for another 1-2 minutes or until the wings are warmed through and the sauce is thick. Enjoy!!
