  1. Y’all should try Culver’s instead. Freddy’s is pretty much just a Culver’s rip off. Culver’s is better in every way in my opinion. Better burgers, better custard, and some very tasty cheese curds

  2. Having seen pandas in ChengDu about 3 months ago, I can confirm large pandas are in fact still cute. They’re literally large lethargic bears that are silly lazy.

  3. I love Freddy's. I'm curious as to which location you went to in Kansas City. I live in Kansas City MO. Culver's had a special Hot Honey Cheese Curd in 2024 and they were delicious.

  4. The california is better than the classic but yk everyone has an opinion. Its like an In and out smash burger without the weird in-n-out sauce. Thousand island hella underrated.

  5. Congrats on your success guys – you deserve it! With that comes 15 T-Mobile ads for a 16 minute vid…oof. On to the next I guess. Much Love!

  6. The Roman concrete story is true, however it should be noted we usually judge modern concrete by cracks in the roads.
Roman roads didn't have 80,000lb semis in numbers traveling over them around the clock.
We have concrete for all kinds of uses now. Sometimes concrete is optimized to be good enough at many things rather than be excellent at one and bad at another. That being said, Roman self-healing concrete is fun to learn about and is genuinely a marvelous invention.

  7. Why do we get so much junk here in the US? Burgers, fries – really how much of this garbage do we need?

  8. The Greeks invented concrete. The Romans did add volcanic ash to it, though, which allowed it to set underwater. The lime in it allows it to "self-heal" and fill small cracks. Also, the thing that makes modern concrete "weak" is the use of rebar, which became necessary for building very tall structures or ones like bridges that would be capable of holding modern vehicles, but also rusts internally, which eventually (sometimes decades later) causes the concrete to crumble.

  9. Freddy's but not Sonic's? Do yourself a favor, go to Sonic's. In your car, smashing the big red button and order the whole menu

  10. This looked so good I google mapped if any are even in an hour radius and a few popped up, I was so excited, and they all say permanently closed?! I hope it's a different chain, this looks incredible!!!

  11. This may be heresy in parts of the US, but just because ranch dressing is available doesn't mean you have to use it. If you have decent fried cheese curds with the appropriate light, delicate crispy batter and fresh, squeaky cheddar cheese curds inside, you do not slather them with ranch (or raunch) dressing.

  12. Good to see Josh and Ollie embracing his inner American food spirit 😂 All British civility gone 🇺🇸🦅🚫🫖🤪 Also, Ollie was full on dad for half this episode, first with the concrete, then Josh going full 3rd grader!
