What you’ll need:
2 Italian style hoagie buns (or half a large French bread loaf)
1/4 cup (56g) butter, softened
1/8 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
1/8 tsp dried garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp olive oil
1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
4 ounces (113g) mozzarella cheese

Combine butter, salt, garlic powder, parsley, minced garlic, oil and parmesan in a small bowl. Spread onto open faces of hoagie buns. Place onto a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated 400*F oven for 5 minutes. When done, top with shredded mozzarella cheese and place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes or until cheese is melted, bubbly and golden. Serve with marinara sauce and enjoy!
