This is a continuation of the previous short video. I used corn roasted in a commercial sweet potato roasting machine to create a variation of the popular cup ramen “MISOKIN.” I made it into miso butter corn ramen, and it was delicious. I also added corn butter to the corn soup. The corn soup was a bit watery because I added too much hot water… (laughs). To go with “MISOKIN,” I drank barley tea called “ONICHA.” This time, I enjoyed a wonderful meal using products produced by HIKAKIN.
