And when I tried to cook it in my Vermicular cast iron frying pan with great enthusiasm, the heat was either too high, or it wasn’t preheated enough and the oil hadn’t seasoned the pan properly, so only the surface of the okonomiyaki burned. That failure was due to my lack of knowledge and cooking skills. I wanted to eat a proper okonomiyaki, so I bought a frozen okonomiyaki. It was very delicious.
