Vegetable stir-fry is another easy-make Chinese dish. It is also a must have summer dish in my mom’s recipe list.
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet of water spinach
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 1/2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
salt
METHOD:
Place 1 tbs vegetable oil in a wok and on high heat. Wait till smoke comes out from the wok then add in the chopped garlic. Do a quick stir for 10 seconds. Add water spinach and salt, stir fry for 2-3 minutes until water spinach is cooked but still dark green. You are done!
