Zia Tabarak visited the legendary Mazaidar Haleem in Samanabad, Karachi, to find out if it’s really more than just a haleem restaurant. Instead of trying one or two dishes, I ordered almost the entire menu and explored their massive commercial kitchen to see how they prepare thousands of meals every day.

There is no such word Daleem in Urdu and no religious ruling exists against Haleem.
Haleem in Urdu comes from the word Harees mixture of meat and lentils.
While Haleem in Arabic is one of the names of Allah Almighty.
These are 2 separate languages. Context defines which purpose it is used for.
