I cooked meat using the ancient Chilean Curanto method 🔥🌎
This underground cooking technique dates back thousands of years and uses red-hot stones, layers of meat, and natural steam trapped beneath the earth. The result is juicy, smoky, and deeply flavorful meat.

Curanto is a traditional method from Chile where food is cooked in a pit with heated rocks, covered with leaves and earth to trap heat and steam. It’s more than cooking — it’s a cultural experience and a true outdoor feast!
