Voltaggio Brothers Steak House will welcome Chef Olivia Tiedemann for its next “House Guest” dinner on Thursday, September 17. Chef Tiedemann, author of the new cookbook Eat (Like) the Rich, will collaborate with longtime friends Michael and Bryan Voltaggio to craft an innovative, five-course menu inspired by her cookbook, blending their technique, showmanship and unforgettable flavors.
Guests will witness the chefs at work and hear firsthand their inspiration behind each dish. Signed copies of Chef Tiedemann’s cookbook will also be available for each guest as a keepsake from the event.
The Voltaggio Brothers and Chef Tiedemann previously worked together as part of the star-studded culinary lineup at the Bellagio Fountain Club during the Las Vegas Grand Prix. The trio’s memorable weekend was forever immortalized with matching racing tattoos, which can be seen on the cover of Tiedemann’s new book.
“We are so excited to team up with Olivia at our Maryland ‘home’ to create an evening that will wow our guests,” said Chef Michael Voltaggio. “Chef Tiedemann’s bold style and culinary prowess offer unlimited possibilities for what we can create together.”
The five-course dinner menu is $225 per person, plus tax and gratuity, with an optional wine pairing available for an additional $55 per person.
Chef Tiedemann said, “I’m thrilled to partner with Michael and Bryan for this special event at MGM National Harbor. They have always been so supportive of my culinary journey so it’s an honor be part of their ‘House Guest’ series to cook alongside them in this unique setting.”
Chef Bryan Voltaggio said, “Olivia is a true star in every sense of the word with the culinary chops to back it up. We cannot wait to put our brains together and put on a show our guests will always remember.”
Reservations will open Monday, August 17 at 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time at mgmnationalharbor.com.
