Homemade ginger ale
Homemade ginger ale is so refreshing in the summer, especially with some sparkling water!

400 g | cane sugar |
125 g | ginger |

Homemade ginger ale makes a great alcohol-free beverage pairing for these delicious chicken wings.
Step 1
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a large saucepan over high heat. Grate ginger into pan and cook for approx. 1 – 2 min.

1.25 l water / 400 g cane sugar / 125 g ginger
Step 2
Peel and juice limes and oranges and add everything to pan. Remove from heat and allow to cool overnight. Remove citrus peels before serving. Enjoy!
