LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Gjelina Las Vegas on Wednesday announced the launch of its new “In Season” chef series, a collection of chef-driven events taking place throughout the fall and winter that celebrate the season’s finest ingredients sourced from the restaurant’s network of trusted farms and purveyors across Southern California.
The series is part of Culinary Crossroads, the latest food and beverage showcase of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
Each evening will feature a multicourse menu ($125 per person, inclusive of wine pairings) inspired by the latest harvest arriving from Southern California directly to Gjelina Las Vegas each week. The restaurant will present dishes that reflect the flavors of the season, guiding guests through its latest bounty from local growers, partners, and more, highlighting the produce, honey, proteins, and other ingredients that shape each unique menu.

No two events will be the same, with each event reflecting the changing bounty of the season and showcasing the creativity of the culinary team. Guests will have the option to enhance their experience with an additional wine and spirits tasting curated to complement the evening’s menu, with complements of specialty wine.
“Seasonality has always been at the heart of Gjelina,” said Fran Camaj, founder of Gjelina Group. “Our debut ‘In Season’ chef series dinners are an opportunity to share not only the food itself, but also the stories and sourcing relationships behind it. We want guests to experience the connection between the farms, the kitchen, and the table.”

Wednesday, Sept. 30 | Welcome to Fall with Bautista Family Organic Dates
A warm welcome to autumn, Gjelina’s first dinner of the new season welcomes Bautista Family Organic Dates, featuring its indulgent fruit, including the rare Barhi. The fruit will be further complemented by Laura Chenel goat cheese, fresh from its renowned dairy out of Sonoma, CA, alongside curated cocktails from Altamura Vodka. 6:30 p.m. $125 per person, inclusive of spirits and wine pairing. Friday, Oct. 23 | ‘Tis the Season – Holiday Preview
A festive kickoff féte to the holidays brings joy to the season. Saturday, Nov. 21 | From Garden to Grid: Race Weekend Brunch
A brunch fit for the indulgence, Gjelina welcomes guests to experience its over-the-top brunch experience.
