The Food & Wine Classic returns to Charleston this November for a weekend of exceptional food, wine, spirits, and some of the country’s top culinary talent. But the real party takes place after hours, when chefs and beverage experts come together for Night Out With Food & Wine, a series of exclusive, one-time-only food and drink collaborations curated by Food & Wine editor in chief Hunter Lewis.
Hosted at Charleston’s hottest restaurants and bars, these events are a chance to eat something special, meet the people behind the food, and see the many sides of Charleston’s ever-evolving culinary scene. A rare Wagyu tasting at one of Charleston’s top steakhouses

This seven-course dinner celebrates elite Japanese Takamori Wagyu beef. Halls Chophouse chefs Adam Jakins and Matthew Niessner procured the rare Wagyu at the annual Wagyu World Auction in Tokyo and will prepare their private collection for one night only, alongside Japanese-inspired cocktails and a curated selection of seafood and caviar.
