Japanese Fine dining
Nearly to beautiful to eat.. A few days ago I went for a most memorable dinner at Loca Niru. Japanese chef, Shusuke Kubota honouring flavours and techniques with inspiration from both France and Japan.
Their Oyasai お野菜 – Steamed Dumpling with stir-fried vegetables, served in kombu and soya milk foam, a potato tuile on top and chive oil infused sauce.
A lighter dish served just before the richer one’s. But non the less one I’ve been looking back at with flavours that combined very well together.
