Thanks for coming over guys! I really had a great time with yall. You always have a place at our table! And anyone else in KC can hit me up for some BBQ too! ❤
Someone hasn't been to Utah in a while it sounds like. There is a great bbq place 5 mins from my house.
I love how clearly very passionate this home cook is about his food… I hope if he opens a restaurant, that he enjoys that venture and is successful😊
dudeee that looks so gooddd would love to eat that
pretty much the same reason why i got into bbq. While I was in the army, i fell in love with NC's bbq – vinegar and mustard base sauces. when I got out and moved back home to Michigan, we dont have good bbq. 90% of the spots are dry hell and rely on sauces too much. So i decided to learn lol.
Food looks amazing.
as a person that lives in utah we do have good barbeque its just very rare.
Josh needs a haircut…😅
IMO, fried twinkies are much better than fried oreos!
What a wholesome video, W family, really showing that hospitality and joy.
Yes I do, I own a shop in north kansas city MO
Yes please.
It’s almost midnight and had brisket for dinner. I’m hungry again haha
Anyone else watching this while you are flipping hungry?
As a fellow Utahn living in Kansas I can confirm – BBQ options in Utah aren't good. Well done, counselor – everything looked on point.
I would love to see you try Asian American foods and other cultural foods that are considered American. People tend to only think about Bbq, hamburgers, southern food etc. The other foods are also amazing. Oh, and your honest opinion about the Korean foods in the US. I’ve seen Korean YouTubers that come and say it’s the same or even better
Californian here. We LOVE tri-tip out here. Sooooo good
PLEASE bring good barbecue to Utah!! We desperately need it, and that looks amazing!!
I love how the family just joked with them so easily. The food looked amazing.
I hate the idea that Texas barbecue=only salt and pepper. Couldn't be further from the truth. East Texas barbecue fully embraces peppers and onion and garlic, we live right next to Louisiana ffs. There's like, 4 regions of Texas barbecue, the state is just that damned big. Only central Texas does the bland salt and black pepper only barbecue. Which I've tried, as an east Texan, and central Texas can cram it. East Texas barbecue with our flavorful rubs and sauces is way better
Dang open that restaurant in my town… looks sooo good
Food looks amazing, and you can tell by the vibe that this guy, his wife, and family- are all really decent folks. I’m sure he’s a smart, proficient attorney- and hoping he’ll be a successful restauranteur. Cheers.
@bambambbq
My mans saying Gates his favorite, truf
Utah needs good BBQ !
Andrew, if you come to Utah I will give you the sloppiesy head you and your wife have ever received. I'm not joking. I edged to this brisket video and almost died. Thank you.
Looks delish! One problem, though… if the proper meat was prepared properly, it wouldn't NEED a sauce. Meat should be enjoyed on it's own. Sauce only "fixes" a meat that was not cooked right or was a cheap piece to make something it was not. Sorry but true! No sauce!
He sliced it like Kendall. The slicing is never a big deal its the food on the plate. Anyway, he is so cool with his career journey.
cmon its not fair
You know us Americans are funny . We have degrees but we have so many hobbies and side skills that are impressive.
As a born and raised Texan, I approve this message
Looks so phenomenal, I would definitely try this. Also, have to say, though some Texans may not do sauce with brisket or other meats, I always loved having sauce, especially our black pepper forward sauces like Stubbs or good in house sauces with a kick.
Andrew is amazing. What a genuine guy to open his house and spoil you with his own BBQ recipes. Hope he get the restaurant he deserves.
As a homegrown American, there are always snobs and ppl telling you how to enjoy food…but the truth is, you need to find what YOU like best thru trial and error. Im also a sauce lover. Yeah sure, brisket, or ribs, or a filet mignon dont NEED sauce to be tasty, but imo, the right sauce (and seasoning) ALWAYS makes food more tasty.
Ah man, It's weird how Rain in Britain is just a Given… But in the USA we get -40c sometimes, and we're like "well, that sucks, better get to work anyway"
Heinz… Is from Pittsburg Pennsylvania… The MOST British Dish, Beans on Toast… Came from HERE
If there's one thing us beans can rest easy about, it's that the boys are well fed 🙂
I’ve lived in Kansas City for a decade. My favorite barbecue sauce and overall barbecue everything is Jack stack. I think it’s crazy how people don’t mention Jack stack that much.
I would LOVE to try that food!
i just shartled a dark floater
Yall got fried Oreos, but you left the headmaster at home?!! Shame.
That host should at least be wearing gloves since he's handling all the meat.
Actually the best bbq I have had is in north Idaho. I was in Tennessee last year and tried some of the best bbq in Tennessee and thought what I get in Idaho was a little bit better when it comes to the meat. The sides in ten😢were better though.
I've eaten at several BBQ places in KC, and now I want Andrew's BBQ. Quick open a restaurant!! Nice touch washing it down with Tank 7
I love these videos but holy cow is there no way to filter the chewing/mouth noises? I'm trying not to throwup while I watch because of the audio.
I would love to see the family sitting at the table sharing the food with Josh and Ollie instead of sitting in the other room.
Great video
If you were to open a restaurant, I would come check it out
