When the question of hot dogs or hamburgers comes up, I’m almost always team burger. And frankly, I’ve eaten a lot of them this summer. They’re just so good! I’ve really been enjoying making them at home and dressing them up with all my favorite toppings for an easy summer dinner.
I recently received a shipment of Chef Curtis Stone’s new burgers from HSN, and they are the best burgers I’ve ever made at home. I see you, Chef!
Curtis Stone’s Butcher’s Blend Grass-Fed Beef Burgers Are Flavorful, Tender, and Perfect for Summer
You might know chef, restauranteur, and cookbook author Curtis Stone from TV shows like Field Trip with Curtis Stone, Crime Scene Kitchen, and Kitchen Inferno. He also has a line of kitchen tools, cookware, food, and more at HSN. One of the newest additions to this collection is the Butcher Blend Burgers, which came out in May.
These aren’t just any ol’ ground beef burgers — they feature a combination of chuck, sirloin, and brisket. Talk about a flavor-packed burger! Each patty is vacuum-sealed and frozen, making it easy to just pop in the freezer when you get the package at your door.

You can opt for a pack of 12 or 24 patties. It costs $109 for 12 burgers (or a little over $9 per patty) or $152 for 24 (or $6.33 per patty). The 12-pack also has an autoship option, if you end up loving them so much you need them shipped on repeat.
My Honest Review of Curtis Stone’s Butcher’s Blend Grass-Fed Beef Burgers
I’ve had frozen burgers before that have been a blend of different kinds of beef, but they didn’t taste like this. These burgers are wildly flavorful, and by that I mean they’re savory and meaty, and require minimal seasoning (my husband and I just do salt and pepper).
One of my favorite things about these tender, juicy burgers is how well they sear. They develop a nice, slightly crisp crust on the outside that imparts a little charred flavor — something I love on my burgers. Paired with toasted buns, ketchup, mustard, pickles, and a slice of melty American cheese, these burgers are my absolute favorite for cooking at home. My summers simply won’t be complete without them now.
