What you’ll need:
5-6 cups water in an 8 quart saucepan
2 Tbsp white vinegar
Crack the eggs into individual small bowls and set aside. Bring water and vinegar up to a boil. Once at a rolling boil, remove from heat and immediately, slowly lower the eggs into the water. Cover with a tight fitting lid and set your timer to 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, gently remove eggs from the water with a slotted spoon and place onto paper towels to drain completely. Now you can use your poached eggs for anything you wish! Serve on toast or make decadent eggs benedict! Enjoy!!
