Learn how to make these adorable snowman Oreo cookie pops!! These are super easy to make (no baking required) and are sure to be a kids favorite!! When wrapped individually and tied with a ribbon, they make awesome gifts!
What you’ll need:
-Double Stuffed Oreo cookies
-almond bark or white chocolate
-chocolate chips
-royal icing (see how I make it here: http://youtu.be/fjl4KlzTCvc) or candy melts in various colors
-lollipop sticks
-M&M’s
Start off by melting almond bark or white chocolate in a bowl in the microwave. Microwave 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until nice and smooth. Do not overheat. Insert lollipop sticks into the center of Oreo’s through to nearly the other side. Coat in almond bark or white chocolate. Set onto a silicone baking mat, parchment or waxed paper and let cool. Melt chocolate chips and put into a plastic baggie and snip the corner. Make 2 dots for the eyes and a smile. Let cool again. Using royal icing or candy melts and make a nose in orange and dip the top of the heads to create hats. Put on M&M candies for a pom pom and let set up. Store in an airtight container or wrap individually in cellophane bags for a cookie swap or to give away. Enjoy!!
