Asian Crunch Salad

Learn how to make Asian Crunch Salad! Similar to coleslaw but with a tangy Asian twist! Super quick to make and amazingly delicious! I’ve seen tons of recipes for this and they are all basically the same. You can use cabbage instead of the broccoli slaw or regular coleslaw mix. It’s all up to you!

What you’ll need:
18 oz prepackaged broccoli slaw mix (shredded broccoli stems, cabbage and carrots)
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped (6-8 scallions)
2 pkgs Ramen Noodles – beef flavored
1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup white vinegar

In a large bowl, combine the oil, sugar and vinegar with the seasoning packets from both Ramen packages. Whisk until sugar is dissolved. Add in the slaw mix, scallions, almonds, sunflower seeds and the uncooked Ramen noodles that have been broken into pieces. Stir to combine and to coat everything in the dressing. Cover and refrigerate at least overnight before serving. You can also wait to add the noodles until an hour or so before serving if you want them to remain crunchy. Serves 6-8. Enjoy!
