Angelenos traveling internationally are getting a massive dining upgrade.
United Airlines is teaming up with the Emmy Award-winning Netflix series ‘Chef’s Table’. Together, they are launching a brand-new in-flight menu.
The culinary roster features 30 new dishes from 11 acclaimed chefs worldwide.
For travelers flying out of Los Angeles, the menu is curated by local culinary legend Chef Nancy Silverton. She is the James Beard Award-winning force behind the celebrated Osteria Mozza.
Widely considered the patron saint of burrata in America, Silverton is serving up elevated Italian comfort food.
Passengers seated in United Polaris business class can enjoy a curated three-course experience:

Appetizer: Mozza caprese featuring slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, fresh burrata, extra virgin olive oil, and basil pesto.
Salad: A vibrant chopped salad loaded with iceberg, radicchio, pepperoncini, salami, provolone, braised chickpeas, red onion, and oregano vinaigrette.
Entrée: Her famous spiral meat lasagna, layered with passato and a rich taleggio sauce.
The exclusive menu is available on international flights departing from Los Angeles that serve lunch or dinner. You must be flying in United Polaris international business class to get a taste.
Travelers can pre-order their meals via the United app or United.com. Pre-orders open five days before departure and close 24 hours prior to takeoff.
The new menu takes flight on November 1 and runs through December 31, 2026. Passengers can also watch exclusive behind-the-scenes ‘Chef’s Table’ content directly on their seatback screens while they dine.
